African Violets

my new little violet, Rob's Artic Chill, has very small new leaves, curled down and it looked like a white edge. On closer inspection it is tiny little hairs all around the edge of the leaf. I was wick watering the plant. and took it off and just was trying to let it dry. I lightend my soil before wicking. and my other 2 new plants are just fine. Any Ideas? thanks.

It sounds like cyclamen mites to me. I have managed it by soaking the plant under a bath of Avid for 10-20 minutes. But you will have to treat all your plants and the surfaces they sit on to avoid losing everything. It's a major hassle. You will lose some plants.
