Green shoot from peperomia

I propagated my peperomia earlier this year, and each cutting slowly started to put out new leaves. One of them put out a leaf, and then a green shoot started to come out of the tip. It's now about 2 inches long... There is no leaf, it's just some long green shoot. what is this ? ? I can take a pic if it'll help. Thanks!

That's the "flower" :)
Not much to look at really, but I like the leaves & have one for sentimental reasons.

You're right. Yeah, certainly not much to look at. I didn't think a small cutting would almost immediately "bloom" after taking root and putting out one little leaf.
