African Violets

brown eyes

I have a pretty violet (artic chill] Purchased from the violet barn a few months ago. Its is in full bloom a double white flower with a green edge. My problem it that the yellow eyes turn brown with in a short time. The plant seems healty full of blooms and buds and except for the brown "eyes" it is doing well. Any ideas? thank you

how long it takes to go from yellow to brown?
I have Mellow Yellow - and it does the same - and I just take it as a feature.
