My mom has conceded that we should root a leaf cutting from her Cherry Sparkles AV. Yay! Would hate to lose this one without a backup.

My question is, what size of pot should I use for this? I measured the leaf (not including the stem) that I will be using, and it is ~ 2 1/2" end to end, and ~ 3" wide. I'm not sure a 2" pot would be big enough, but don't want to go too large, either.
