Spectra Immunox dosage for PM?

Does anyone know the dosage for using this on houseplants? I've got the Spectracide Immunox multi-purpose Fungicide. A few of my streps and a couple of my AVs are showing PM and I've heard you can spray it on, but can't find the dosage.

Any help appreciated, thank you!
