What a nice head of blooms aegis! Is there a secret to getting AV's to bloom all at once? Like, right before a show for example? (Not that I grow for show, but maybe one day I hope to.)

This is not an Optimara. There is only a slight color difference and this one is semi-doubled. I will check what the name is. Nevertheless, yours looks just as wonderful!

I think reading this forum causes my plants to bloom like mad ... the older ones are doing much better than they ever have. I moved into a new environment a few months ago. They must like it a lot. Or else, it is bloom time of year where I live. Joanne
