Stupid Question?

Hi!

I'm new here. I'm going to try to post a picture of my AV tonight to get some opinions. I had no idea there were so many to chose from!

On to my stupid question.....what is a NOID? No ID?

Hi Kim,

Welcome! It's not a stupid question when you aren't familiar with a group's acronyms. You correctly figured out what a NOID is - an African Violet whose name is unknown.

I should forewarn you that with the thousands of different colors and combinations you'll be tempted to get more. And more. These plants can be addicting! Looking forward to seeing your pictures. ~Donna

Thanks Donna! The meaning didn't dawn on me until I spelled it out! :)

I do have a picture to share. I just re-potted my grocery store find, but in reading through here, it looks like I may have to separate a couple crowns. I'll post it when I get home this evening.
