It sounds like the company shipped great plants lightning fast. Very impressive.

I think the decision to repot would depend on the mix the plants are in and your watering practices. Commercial growers often use a heavy mostly peat mix that retains water. That works well to keep the plants moist when they may not get watered, such as during shipping and display in a store, but not so well for some home growers who tend to water the heavy mix too much/often (overwatering is a major cause of African Violet plant death). If the mix is heavy and you don't overwater, you could wait a few months (try to repot standards twice a year) with no problem.

What I'd do though is to repot now with my own mix so I could water and fertilize the plants the same as my other ones. After three weeks your plants should have recovered from any shipping stress. The plant's roots would have an easier time growing in a lighter mix that leaves lots of air spaces. I could also look for pests such as mealbugs in the mix and treat if necessary before the plant was harmed. By the way, isolate all new plants in case they arrive with hitchhikers so the critters don't infest your other plants.
