Just in case anyone was wondering...

| I may have mentioned here and again that I had started a leaf off of Rebel's Astro Spinner to see what I would get. I was hoping for Rebel's Splatter Kake, but the first plantlet I got just came into bloom, and it turns out to be Rebel's Night Breezes. No biggie, it's actually a striking bloom. Also I have another plantlet from a different leaf that is getting to a good size, so maybe that one will give me Splatter Kake.

| Quinn, I have a question for you...is your Rebel's Astral Spinner a plant of Rebel's Splatter Kake that sported for you, or is it from a sucker off Rebel's Astral Spinner? I too have Astral Spinner, and it started out as Splatter Kake and then had an identity crisis, resulting in a phsycotic episode and morphing into Rebel's Astral Spinner. I have no idea if there is any more stability of the chimera if you are working with the original, or a plant from a sucker from the original. I may try some of the same, propagating from a leaf to see how it reverts. If it reverts to Night Breezes, that is ok, I love the intensity of the color. Barbara |

| I bought it as Rebel's Astro Spinner from Rob's. It's been doing pretty well. It actually has done a lot better than Splatter Kake. I lost Splatter Kake twice, which is why I haven't gotten another one since. Night Breezes is impressive, yes... it is very intensely colored. |

| I am fascinated by what you are doing. I hope you keep sharing your results; you, too, Barbara, if you decide to do the same. |
