optimara fertilizer and fish oil

How often and how much should I fertilize my violets? I went to Arizona for ten days. I watered my violets with fish oil and covered them lightly with clear plastic under the lights, which I put on random timer. When I got back, they looked really good! Didn't get dry a bit, and I think they grew some and some started blooming again. Thanks in advance...

Blondie,

The old adage is 'Weekly, weakly.' Or Weakly, weekly.' Whichever you prefer.

Seriously, use 1/4 strength at each watering with plain water about every fourth time.

Glad your violets made it through vacation time!

I very much hope it was a fish emulsion not fish oil... Meaow!!!
