the best for you is to round up some young person and ask him/her to help - my son helps me in all my comp troubles. It is all very easy - if somebody lets you see how it is done preferrably very slowly.

I think if you have the file on your computer - you go to gallery, open a new topic - type the text - press on button "preview" - and then you have a place to browse for you own file.

If you in Discussions part of this forum - it doesn't let you copy file from you computer, it permits you to attach the link (url) to something in a web. If you explaining something - and want to say - this is shown on a Rachelsreflections - you post the URL http://rachelsreflections.org (or whatever it is), put the name of the link - "useful info" - and post your message.

The easiest way is to go to Photobucket.com. Join and get an account. Upload your pictures to your new account. Once you have pictures there, it's easy to post them.

Most image hosts make it easy for you to find the code you need right on their websites. All you need to do is navigate to your photo, find the share menu, and copy the code identified as HTML.

I use Web Shots to store my photos online. It's a good one, too.
