Where to find tuberous begonias and chenille plants

I know it is early in the season, but I have been to most of the local nurseries and big box stores looking for Chenille plants (preferably 4" pots) and tuberous begonias. I live in Montgomery. Does anyone know of any local nurseries that have them?

Also, has anyone had luck growing fuchsias? Walmart has 4-5" pots of them right now, but what I've read about them is contradictory. Example, they naturally grow in zones 9-10, but they don't like heat and they don't like to dry out and they should be grown in the shade. How can they not like heat or sun it they naturally occur in zones 9 and 10? I actually was considering buying one for my covered patio, but I'm afraid I would just be bringing it home to die. Anyone grown one?
