Well I beleive I have seen this growing in hanging baskets at, say, a Lowe's or Home Depot. I've always wanted one but they seem too expensive, like $12 for a small hanging basket. You might see another one if you go to a store like that. I don't think it has anything to do with the Meyer Lemon, either a seed or a piece got on the soil and grew. Feel free to remove it, transplant it to a hanging basket, take cuttings, etc. Or leave it for a ground cover if you plan to let you lemon stay in a pot. It is not hurting anything, in my opinion.

Do you have a scientific name for Bavarian Jew?

I have tons of this and never knew the name. I believe Lynn gave it to me at a swap about 4 years ago. There was some at Myer's Nursery last year and I asked Stewart Myer what it was and he said "some kind of wangering jew".
