Went outside - the sky is BLUE - and there's this strange, bright light everywhere. I'm so confused - what's happening?

I don't know. I saw it when I went out to get my paper this morning. Wonder what it can be . . . .

Don't worry, though, I don't think it will stay around very long.

I've heard that way out west they see it quite often and they call it "The Sun". Personally, I think it's a crock -- something akin to "Dry Heat". Urban legand, I'm sure.

I saw a little bit of it again today, but I guess it was already on its way out because the clouds came back and started crying again.
