Peas are pretty cold tolerant as long as there is no blooms or fruit, but my gut says teens are too low. I would cover them well.

My haven't emerged yet, but they may by later this week. At least if the worst happens, it's not to late to replant.

I covered them...grumble, grumble, for this I could have stayed up north (except that they had a worse than usual winter there, too....)...

I did get out and do some yardwork over the weekend, clearing some of the dead stuff away - I am soooo ready for more springlike weather.
