Are you anywhere near Huntsville, Nicole? I know that there's a very cool group of students at UAHuntsville who started a vegetable garden a couple of years ago on campus, under my husband's watchful eye. They've remained serious about their gardening (all organic) for a couple of years, and bring in new converts on a regular basis.

I'm in east Madison), Rhizo, so I'm very close to UAH. If they want to start a worm bin with these red wigglers it will have to be indoors.

Or maybe one of the students wants it for home? The Can-O-Worms is apartment friendly.

Want to have you husband check with them? I'd be happy to donate to the cause.

I've asked Robert about this and he says that most of the students leave for much of the summer....so he doesn't think that this would probably work for them. Darn. Thanks anyway, and I hope you get some 'takers' on your offer.
