Saw old friends, met new ones, traded lots of pots , craft, and plants. Filled my rat mobile full with new plants I wanted. Great time. On yes the food was very good. And we talked and talked and then talked some more. Left close to 4.

I thoroughly enjoyed this day. Even though a light rain fell at times, no one seemed to care - everyone was like a child on Christmas day.

We traded everything from plants, compost, driftwood and decorative tiles to stained glass, glass totems, photography & more!

Thanks to all for your generosity, conversation, good food and friendship.....

RE: Great Spring Swap

That was one of our best swaps ever! It was great to see all my all friends again and to make new ones. Thanks for all the plants, growing tips, food and crafts. I hope to see you all againin the fall. Today, between soccer games, cleaning, cooking and grocery shopping, I will walk around my garden with the plants I got yesterday, looking for the perfect places for them.

RE: Great Spring Swap

It was great to finally put names to faces. I didn't come home with much -- I didn't really need or want much -- but I will be sure to find spots for everything.

RE: Great Spring Swap

I just got back from buying soil and manure so I can fill a big container to plant some of the stuff I came home with. Tony, Once I got home I remembered I was going to bring you some pitcher plant divisions - I completely forgot! My apologies. Next spring... if my memory does not get even worse! It was great, seeing old friends and making new ones.
