half off perennials

There is a small nursery called "Bug Juice" about 3 miles off of 43 (close to Mt Laurel). They are running a 50% off perennials sale. I got a gallon joe-pye weed for $3 and obedient plant for $2.50. If anyone is too far away but really wants something anyway, you can email me and I will go get it for you and keep it alive until the fall swap.

RE: half off perennials

Be careful where you plant that obedient plant (a misnomer if I ever heard one). I'm still trying to get rid of some I planted in my garden several years ago. It was pretty the first year or so, but soon started cropping up through azaleas, poking flowers above the top of a low-growing Japanese maple, and worming it's way between other periennials. It's impossible to get all the bits of root out and every piece will sprout a new plant.

RE: half off perennials

Thanks for the offer Michelle but it has just gotten to hot for me to plant anything but thanks for thinking of us.
