The black ele. ears you gave me at fall swap are coming back, I planted them next to my house on the southside. Just thought you might like to know because you told me you didnt know if they would come back planted outside or I thought you did. They are still small but so pretty. Want to thank you again for them

Hey Jill!

When it comes to the planting of alocasias and/or colocasias, I'm overcautious to the point of being neurotic. LOL! There are so many conditions that factor into their survival. My 'black runners' came back this year, as did my 'Illustris', but then the lowest temp we experienced here was 18. Wish we could be so lucky every year!

Anyway, it's always good to hear from a satisfied "customer"! LOL! Hope you have much success with them in the future.
