ID help for this plant

I'm trying to figure out what this bush is that is growing at my father's house. When it "blooms" it smells wonderful! I'll attach a picture, and if needed I can attach more. I'm hoping someone knows what this is. This picture shows it's "blooms" (little white). It looks like I took this picture around late February. thank you!

Thanks for the compliment, you just happened to put a couple I know. I love this shrub! I was at WM this winter, probably Feb, and smelled something so wonderful. When I realized it was coming from one tiny shrub, it went immediately in my cart. It bloomed for a couple months. It's in the ground now, can't wait until it feels like making more of those tiny fragrant flowers.

Just wondering, what is WM? :)
