| Hello! My name is Tina, I used to post here all of the time, and have attended several swaps. We got our land 4 years ago,in Red Hill, Al., near Tallassee, 7 acres, with a half acre pond, which is about a fourth acre pond right now:(--anyway, the land was all grown up, so we cleared out a spot by the pond, had to have all of the utilities put in, we started out in a tent and came up and worked every weekend-at that time we lived in Millbrook,Al. Then we got an OLD travel trailor, which slowly died--Ha, so we have just gotten settled in a Small mobile home, and getting estimates for a nice deck, we have lived here full time since last June. Almost all of the rest of the property is heavily wooded, and we have alot of birds and hummers, I just love the country. I try to grow plants that they like, but also have feeders. Will be so nice to sit out on the deck and watch them! Can't wait to get my wind chimes back up! Don't know if will be able to come to the swap yet, my old car is acting up. But will try, and like talking to ya'll! As always, Happy gardening, Tina |
