I am looking for something full sun evergreen that can be planted above a retaining wall and will drape over the wall. Any ideas?

RE: Retaining wall

Cotoneaster would be my first choice. Great plant.

RE: Retaining wall

I just looked up cotoneaster, and I think it will be perfect for the area. Thank you! I like how it has flowers in the spring and berries in the fall. Also, for anyone who receives Garden Gate magazine, there is a small blurb in this month's issue that if you will send them a picture of a troubled area in your garden, if you are selected, they will design it for you and you will also win a one-year's subscription to the magazine. Just FYI.

RE: Retaining wall

I planted my cotoneaster today, and it looks great. I can't wait to see how it fills out this area in the future. I bought the Coral Beauty cotoneaster. I love it!

RE: Retaining wall

Glad you like it.

Hope it does well for you.
