I hope the people who got eggplant transplants from me at the spring swap had luck with them - I did not! I put out about 20 plants, and have gotten only 4 fruits, none of them growing to full size! I already had given up on winter squash, thanks to pickleworm. Next year will be cherry tomatoes, beans, and expanding my butterfly garden. BTW, f the different cherry tomato plants I tried, I liked all but Dr. Carolyn, which I found insipid; Burgess Lemon is a much better yellow cherry, IMO. The currant tomatoes have great taste and are a definite repeater.
