Please help identify

Here is a link to some plants that I would like to identify.

The foliage plant has crinkled leaves and tassel flowers. I have seen this plant growing at the Anniston Natural History museum.

The other plant with the white flowers came to me as a hitchhiker in an orchid plant. That was about a year ago and since that time it has started to spread to many other plants, orchid and not. I hate to destroy it, because it is pretty, but I don't want to get overrun with it either. The pics are bad, even though I took at least a dozen shots. The white is so bright that it washes.the upper 2 petals appear to have one anther each attached so it gives the appearance of an umlaut. The lower petal has 4 (sometimes 5) maroon dots reminding me of a landing pad (perhaps for insects). However from the number of plants I have coming up, I would say it does not need much insect help.

I however do need your help on ID ing these 2 plants. Here are the pics:
