Black Kow mushroom compost

I recently top-dressed a portion of my lawn with Black Kow mushroom compost which carries a statement that no weeds are in the material. However, I have experienced large amounts of mushrooms throughout the late summer months and wondered if anyone else has had similar problems. I love the product and have used it in rose beds, so far no mushrooms there.

I've used "Black Kow" composted manure and mushroom compost since I began gardening, and wouldn't trade either of the two for anything else on the market (save for "homegrown" compost). The occasional mushroom medley or funky fungi is only proof positive that it's potent properties are positively prevalent and "working" to improve my soil. "shrooms" is a good thang!
