| Thanks for a wonderful time everyone! It was lots of fun trading and getting to talk to you all in between running after kids! BTW, can you post the mississippi mud cake recipe? That was great! Michelle |

| I'm glad y'all liked the cake. Here's the recipe: CAKE: FROSTING: preheat oven to 350. (i set mine to 300 because my oven seals very tightly.) butter a 10 x 8 pan. in large saucepan, melt butter and cocoa together over low heat. take off the heat and stir in sugar and eggs. mix well. FROSTING: mix all ingredients together. **NOTE: i used a tablespoon of baking powder instead of a teaspoon because i read the recipe wrong. my cake that i brought to oak mnt. saturday only cooked for 20-25 minutes. that is the first time i've ever made it. beware of the baking time; im not sure if its acccurate or not. and this tastes more like brownie than cake, doesn't it??? |
