WANTED: like to start a garlic bed

and, i really dont know what kind i need! I think, from reading, I'd like elephant garlic, early italian purple , purple glazer, and georgian crystal- but, thats only from reading about them. i'd like to start with milder types, and kinda' ease into the stronger?anyone with advice, or starts to spare? i have mostly flowers, since i'm afraid to save seeds from my heirloom vegetables.

What a coincidence! Purple Glazer and Georgian Crystal have been 2 of the 4 varieties included in the Kitchen Mix this week. Since you've requested the mix, I'll be certain to send at least 5 cloves of each.
