Allium schoenoprasum (Chives)

Anyone can grow chives. Poor soil, no problem. Fine in pots. Propagate by chopping clump in half with a shovel. Clumps slowly get larger each year, but not invasive. Perennial even in the coldest climates.

They are so pretty! I planted some last year from seed. I hope I get flowers this year
