| Green onions are much higher here. I think maybe four times as much now. Where are those grown? Many of the green onions at the supermarket here are from Mexico. There was a severe outbreak of hepatitus (sp?) in TN, PA and maybe elsewhere involving hundreds of people and they traced it back to a farm. The restaurants involved were national chains that used the same food distibutors. I'm growing my own this year.... |

| Since I posted that in January last year, my guess would be they are from California. But who knows? Almost certainly not local. |
