ill garlic - any ideas?

So some of my Spanish Roja plants are acting funky - yellow and curled in odd ways, when plants from the same batch right next to it are normal. Is this contagious? Obviously, I won't use it for seed, but should I take them out entirely?

Ya know, I have seen that same sort of thing around my plot, it's usually a mole that has disturbed the plant in some way. I would take it out, while you're in there look for mole tunnels. I have pulled a few of mine out of the rows that were not growing properly.

Sorry for such a slow response, couldn't figure out how to look at your picture
