This is our 2005 harvest curing in the screenroom. I found that due to the hot, dry weather we've had this season I had to harvest earlier than last year. I learn more each year and I'm quite pleased with this year's crop.

What varieties are you growing? Are there some that did better for you than others? Any recommendations?
