We are end consumers of the thegarlicstore.com (which has your Persian Star and Georgian Fire). filareefarm.com also has several varieties but cannot ship outside the US -- though they're close enough to the Canadian border if you're in the West. Why are you looking for US strains? I saw "Fish Lake #3" at Boundary Garlic Farm in BC.

I bought my Georgian Fire from The Garlic Store and my Persian Star from Gourmet Garlic Gardens and was happy with both. However, Filaree has both, plus Susan D and they (and the Garlicsmiths) are my favs for buying new stock.

To the sources listed above, I will add Seed Savers Exchange for Georgian Fire & Persian Star (a.k.a. Samarkand). The Georgian Fire is a fine garlic, by the way... one of my best performers last year, with very large bulbs & wonderful flavor.

I think Vgautam is looking for U.S. sources because he lives in the U.S. ;-) While seeds are sometimes permitted across the border, other plant materials (such as bulbs) are more restricted. Many Canadian suppliers will not ship to the U.S. (even for seeds) due to U.S. phyto-sanitary requirements.
