I have some Egyptian walking onion, which produce small "bulblets" at the top, but I want to grow some other onions on the side. Will the onions cross-pollinate and produce hybrids next season? What if I use two onions that produce "bulblets"? What is I use one that produces "bulblets", and one that produces seeds?

What if I plant garlic, also. Will those cross-pollinate?

I don't know anything about onions, Garlic will not cross pollinate. It does not need to be pollinated in order to make a bulb. It will form bulbils on top on it's own.
