| We eat lots of scallions at our house, and I'm planning on growing some of our own. Any suggestions for annual varieties that do well up here in mid-Michigan? I'd also like to try a perennial variety. My aunt used to grow a very pungent perennial onion, but I found them too tough and strong to use in cooking except as a last resort. Any especially kitchen-friendly perennial bunching onions? |

| Look into evergreen bunching onions. It sounds like what you're looking for. Rick |
