Ornamental Onion

I pass fall I ordered some Ornamental Onions,Allium caeruleum 'Azure' from Brecks, but I never did get them in the ground. They have been in aN un-heated room in my house all winter. Do you think I can plant them this spring for summer blooms?

Have never grown Ornamental Onion of any kind before.

If you don't plant them, they are surly lost. If you do plant them, what more have you got to lose?
