has anyone ever had leeks that taste like garlic? i found some at a flea market in the central valley in california and these things look like juvenile leeks but have a distinct garlic flavor...
Let me suggest a possible different answer. What is called Chinese leeks is usually called garlic chives here. I am only guess but I think that would be what you are looking at.
