Are these onions dead or dying?

| This is my first year planting any type of onions. I decided to try Southport White Globe onions. I don't think i've had much luck with them, unfortunately. :-\ They seem to all be "falling over" after a transplant/pot up about a week or so ago. Is this normal behaviour or are they dying? If they're keeling over, what can I do to save them? I only have 4 left, so i'd like (even if i'm able to save those 4) to plant another batch by directly sowing them. Is is too late for zone 6/Middle TN to do this? Any & all help appreciated! =) Thanks - Steve
