Reading all of the comments regarding garlic. I din't know it will take up to 8 months to get a bulb. I guess my questions now is Can I dig my garlic and re plant them to a pot. Coz I don't want to wait till mid July I need to start planting my other vegetable in 4 weeks. I need the space where I plant the garlic for my summer vegetables.

yes, you can move the plant. make sure it's a big pot and dig a big hole around the garlic plant to get all the roots.
