We have grown great garlic for several years now, and this year almost none of our garlic or shallots came up. We moved to a new property in the same zone, but we planted at the same time and in the same way we have before. Weather was not particularly different.

There are lots of mole or maybe gopher holes in the garden area, but do they eat garlic?
