| Here are our plants. I believe the straight up Scapes are Elephant. The others are mixed but many scapes are curling. We are on Long Island in NY. I say cut them, the lovely wife says not yet. Can someone settle this for us?

| Yes, go ahead and snap those puppies. They are most tender when under 18" and still curled. Just fry or grill them - you'll have some tasty meals and get larger bulbs to boot. TomNJ |
