Shallot productivity

I put in about 100 seedlings of Ambition shallot about 2 weeks ago, so far they're coming along strong. Having never grown shallots before, I was wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark estimate, range, wild guess, tall tale, etc., as to what sort of a yield I can expect from that many plants. Also, has anyone had any success replanting bulbs produced from seed?

RE: Shallot productivity

Ambition will produce 2 inch round, red/brown skinned shallots with white flesh. Ambition is easy to grow, with very high yields of firm, uniform red-brown round bulbs.. According to Vesseys...Ive nevergrown this one myself. I also plants about 50 of them and Picasso, so we shall see..
