| I dearly love garlic for its spicy, hot, flavor - what kind of varieties should I plant? Last year was my first garlic harvest of German extra hardy. While my bulbs grew nice and big without much effort, the garlic didn't seem to have as much flavor after I cooked it. My husband would like to add he prefers a garlic that will not stay with me for days if that's possible, but that is not a requirement. :) |

| Try some Rocambole types. This site gives good descriptions and carries about 100 varieties of garlic. Great people to work with as well. http://wegrowgarlic.com/7422.html TomNJ |
