You do have a problem. First, do not dry them in the sun for any period. They will start to cook. I would suggest that you pick up one of these wooden, folding, laundry racks made for indoor drying. They do not take up much room. Harvest garlic, tie into bunches of eight or so and hang them from a rack. Place the rack in a room where you can open windows and/or place a fan. I am certain that there are more innovative ideas out there but this might be one simple solution. Good luck.

I broke three of those folding laundry racks so be careful about how much you load onto yours.

I usually have to bring mine inside before they are completely cured due to the weather here. It is foggy &/or drizzly much of the summer and the foliage and wrappers will start to get spots of mold. It is very messy, but worth the effort.

And, yes, sometimes even use a fan, but it does lower the temperature so it may be a wash.

Until I had a better place, I used one of those $60 metal 4-shelf racks from a box store. I covered the top with plastic and boards to protect the garlic and onions from sun and rain, and often installed protective side panels, too. As the crops cured, I moved them from the dampish bottom shelves to the dry top shelves. These crops really smell for the first few days of curing, so I'd try to do it outside.
