I recently renovated a garden that had become overrun with Aegopodium. While digging out that nasty stuff I dug up about 50 alliium bulbs..I planted some and there were some there already but I only had 4 flowers come up this year. Do you think the problem was competition with the
Aegopodium? I planned to dry the bulbs out and replant in the fall so I can make sure that all of the Bishops gout weed is gone. Any suggestions for underplantings and to improve my bloom? We have a serious deer issue..zone 5b..
