Onions from seed now, sets next spring ??

| I was wondering if I started the remaining onion seed I have now, get them set out, then dig up in the fall and dry, can I plant those as sets next spring ??? |

| Yes, But don't let them get bigger then marble size, they will bolt next season and send up a flower stalk. |
