Afternoon All.....

This is my first year growing garlic, although it's just the regular softneck from the grocery store. Now as I'm sure you've all seen we (up here in Upstate NY) have had a VERY wet Spring/early summer. My garlic isn't ready to pull yet but by all accounts it will probably nee harvesting during July. How should I time the harvest around the rain. Does it need a certain amount of time after rain to "dry out" before harvesting??
