? Ripening of Globe Allium Flower Seeds

I got the heads of my Purple Globe Allium seeds in brown bags. The seeds are falling out of the pods. I would like to save these for seed trade this coming winter.

What should I do next with the seeds?

I was going to put them in little plastic bags and put into the deep freeze.

Need Advice.

    NOOOooooooO! No deep freeze!
Allow them to air dry for a few days; place them in small baggies and keep them in the fridge.

Thanks Rain1950. I really don't have room in the fridge for seeds. Is there another option.

Any place cool and fairly dry. One they are in baggies and sealed place then in a metal tin on top of the toilet tank; that stays fairly cool
