I harvested my garlic late and have no skins on them. Is there anything i can do to preserve it?

You can just leave them in the ground and they won't rot that way or you can also re-plant them right away for garlic the following season.

When you say they have no skins on them, do you mean that they have no coverings on the individual cloves or on the entire bulb?

That is the consequence of harvesting garlics TOO late ; the wraps(skin) will be busted out and the cloves will be separated. There is nothing wrong with them but they wont store for a long time. That is why gralics should be harvested whet it has about 4 to 6 green leaves. The wraps will be the continuation of those green leaves.
