curing of sweet onions.

Do you "cure" sweet onions like you do storage onions? If not, what is the recommended process?

Btw, I have Ailsa Craig, Walla Walla, and Sweet Yellow Spanish that have all been pulled (after 7 days of in the ground without water) and are on a shaded drying rack!

You are already curing your onions, so keep going. Also start eating any that have even minor issues, because sweets in general do not store well. That said, when nicely cured in dry weather, the onions may keep well for several months. Slow curing helps the necks seal up as best they can, sweet onions being less talented at this than hard storage types.
