| Hi,
My dad gathered some dried seed pods from wild garlic that grows in a natural park. I know that garlic is usually planted from cloves around Halloween time. But what if you've got seed pods instead of cloves? When do you plant the tiny seeds, and will they mature like the cloves would next summer? Or do they take longer? Thanks,

| The seed you have is not from the same species as garlic, it could be one of a number of wild alliums and when you plant it will depend on which one it is. Be careful though, it could be an obnoxious weed in your garden! |
